To report a business that is not complying with mask bylaws or public health measures, please call the Toronto Public Health hotline at 416-338-7600.

This form should only be used to report businesses not enforcing physical distancing.

Please call 311 for any complaints related to private indoor gatherings of people not from the same household and outdoor gatherings of more than 10 people (e.g., private residences, backyards, parks, and other recreation areas).

If you wish to report non-compliance with the physical distancing by-law for businesses offering curbside pick-up only, or non-compliance with physical distancing in a greenspace, public square or City park, please call 311.

If you wish to report non-compliance with the physical distancing on a construction site, please call the Ministry of Labour, Health & Safety Contact Centre at 1-877-202-0008.

Please call 311 for any complaints related to private indoor gatherings of people not from the same household and outdoor gatherings of more than 10 people (e.g., private residences, backyards, parks, and other recreation areas).

All returning travellers must self-isolate under a quarantine order from the Public Health Agency of Canada.

The federal government enforces this by following up and conducting spot checks to verify compliance.

To report non-compliance with the April 1, 2020 Class Order from the Medical Officer of Health please call the Toronto Public Health hotline at 416-338-7600.

This form should only be used to report businesses in the City of Toronto who are not complying with the provincial order to remain closed. These include:

  • Restaurant/bars and food establishments
  • Personal care services
  • Meeting and event spaces
  • Casinos
  • Bingo Halls
  • Gaming establishments
  • Performing arts facilities
  • Cinemas
